Membership sales are not refundable.

LCACP application and exam fees are not refundable.

An 80% refund for cancellation of LCA XIII registration is available up to 1 August, 2013.
A 50% refund for cancellation is available from 2 August through 31 August.
There are no refunds after 31 August.

LCA XIII registrations may be transferred to another attendee without a fee.
